Aside from the array of great features, the L’Equip company sounds like it has great customer service. Of the few problems reported, response from L’Equip was prompt and efficient. And the good thing is most of the negative reviews concerning the blade assembly chipping over time have been corrected with a newer updated stainless steel blade assembly. Reviews since that time have been nothing but stellar.
